Use FTP to upload the files you need to run your server. The only caveat is that the Minecraft jar file NEEDS to be named “server.jar”. So if your upload a spigot jar file, you need to rename it server.jar and upload it.
Mods should load automatically. Upload all mod jar files into the “mods” folder.
