We maintain a very low server utilization rate to make sure that our machines are never overloaded and causing lag. If for some reason you do experience lag because of our infrastructure system, you will receive a full refund of the current month or your next month free… Your choice.
- If for ANY REASON you are not happy with our service, you can cancel at any time in the first month for a full refund.
- We guarantee that we have the lowest prices for each service. If you find it cheaper, we will match their price for your current month and will adjust our normal prices to match, just show us a link (excluding sales or special pricing)
