Black Market Servers Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the corporate giveaway organized by Black Market Servers. By entering this giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. Eligibility:
    1. The corporate giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of the country where the giveaway is being held and are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
    2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Black Market Servers are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.
  2. Entry:
    1. To enter the giveaway, participants must meet the eligibility criteria and follow the instructions provided on the giveaway announcement on both Discord and Twitter.
    2. Participants can enter the giveaway on both Discord and Twitter, but the same individual cannot win on both platforms. Two winners will be selected, one from Discord and one from Twitter.
    3. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the designated deadline will be disqualified.
  3. Prizes:
    1. Two winners will be selected at random, one from Discord and one from Twitter.
    2. Each winner will receive a Game Server of their choice, which will be valid for one month from the date of activation.
    3. The Game Server prize includes the basic hosting package provided by Black Market Servers. Any additional services or upgrades will be at the winner’s expense.
    4. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
  4. Expiry and Billing:
    1. At the end of the one-month period, the winner’s Game Server will expire.
    2. On the day of expiry, the winner will be charged for the next month unless they cancel the subscription 24 hours in advance.
    3. The winner is solely responsible for canceling the subscription if they do not wish to continue beyond the one-month prize period.
  5. Winner Selection and Notification:
    1. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on both Discord and Twitter.
    2. The winners will be notified via direct message on Discord and Twitter within five (5) business days after the giveaway deadline.
    3. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
  6. Publicity:
    1. By participating in the giveaway, the winners grant Black Market Servers the right to use their names, social media handles, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
  7. Limitation of Liability:
    1. Black Market Servers and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred by participants or winners in connection with the giveaway.
    2. Black Market Servers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
  8. Governing Law:
    1. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the giveaway is being held.
